Business Apartment at Mein Domizil – Live, Don't Just Stay

When a job takes several days, a hotel room quickly starts to feel cramped. With us, you get a whole apartment: your own kitchen, a separate sleeping area, room to actually settle in. In the evening, cook whatever you like instead of working around restaurant hours – and sleep in a proper bedroom, not next to your suitcase.

A Whole Apartment, Not Just a Room

Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment – stove, fridge, crockery, coffee machine
Separate sleeping and living areas – so it actually feels like the end of the workday
Free high-speed WiFi – stable enough for video calls
Workspace in selected apartments – just let us know and we'll set one up for you
Smart TV in every apartment – in both the bedroom and living room
Space for equipment – for tools, materials or bikes we'll find a solution, just ask

Arrive Whenever Suits You

Late arrival after a long day on site? You'll receive a personal access code the day before, giving you round-the-clock entry to the building – no reception, no key handover, no need to coordinate timing. When you leave, simply pull the door shut behind you.

For Companies: Looking for Accommodation for Your Team?

Got a project in the region and need accommodation for several employees – for weeks or months? We can offer you several apartments under one roof, let individually or together. Your team lives close by, but everyone has their own space to retreat to – that makes a real difference over time.

Invoice made out to the company, with VAT itemised
Consolidated invoicing for multiple apartments and longer periods on request
Weekly and monthly rates – noticeably cheaper than the nightly rate
Flexible extension if the project runs longer than planned

Just tell us your dates and how many people – you'll get a concrete offer quickly.

For stays of several months, we have a dedicated offer: ~~Extended Stay~~.

Prices

From €65 per night. Weekly and monthly rates on request – for longer stays, we'll send you a personalised quote. Either way, you'll receive a proper invoice with VAT itemised.
