What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. You will receive the digital access code for your apartment by email in good time before your arrival – there is no need for a personal key exchange.

How does payment work?
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival. No security deposit is required.

Can I cancel free of charge?
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will generally receive a 100% refund of the amount already paid; after that, no refund is possible. The exact terms may vary depending on the selected rate and can be found in our rental terms.

How many people can an apartment accommodate?
Our holiday apartments offer space for up to 4 guests. The number of guests stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded.

Are pets allowed?
No, out of consideration for other guests and the furnishings, pets are unfortunately not permitted.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Is free parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly outside or on the street.

Is there WiFi?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available in all apartments.

Are bed linen and towels included in the price?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included and will be ready for you upon arrival.

Is there a kitchen?
Yes, every holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
No, our apartments are not wheelchair accessible and are only partially suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Are parties or celebrations allowed?
No, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours also apply between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Where exactly are the holiday apartments located?
All of our apartments are located in the historic town centre of Hallenberg. “Freiraum” and “Abendruhe” are located at Petrusstraße 17, and “Naturidylle” at Petrusstraße 17a.

How far is it to Winterberg?
Winterberg is about a 15-minute drive from Hallenberg.

Is there a bus connection?
Yes, bus line S30 runs from Winterberg train station and also serves Hallenberg.

What excursion destinations are there nearby?
Nearby highlights include the Kahler Asten, Lake Hillebach, the Kyrill-Pfad near Schmallenberg-Grafschaft, and the Spielberg adventure park in Medebach.
