Rental Agreement for All "Mein Domizil" Accommodations

1. Rental Property & Number of Guests: The rental property (Petrusstraße 17 & 17a, 59969 Hallenberg) may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Arrival: Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM, using an access code sent to you in advance.

Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Leave the apartment key inside the apartment and pull the front door shut behind you. Please dispose of your rubbish and run the dishwasher with any utensils you've used. Please turn the heating back down to the "star" setting.

3. Duty of Care & Furnishings: The accommodation has been freshly renovated. The tenant agrees to treat the premises and furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported to the landlord immediately.

4. House Rules (Important)

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.

No Parties: To protect the historic building fabric and the neighborhood, celebrations and parties are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of the neighbors, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

5. Use of the Pellet Stove (Domizil "Freiraum" only): The pellet stove may only be operated according to the instructions provided on site.

6. Cancellation: The cancellation policy selected at the time of booking applies.
