Extended Stay at Mein Domizil – Furnished, Move-In Ready

A project running for several months, a house move that's taking longer than planned, or a gap between two homes: sometimes you just need a place to stay for a while. With us, you move into a fully furnished apartment – complete with bed linen, towels, crockery and WiFi. Just bring your suitcase, nothing else.

What You Won't Need

• No deposit – you pay the rent, nothing else
• No rental contract with notice periods – you book exactly the time you need
• No registration with the residents' registration office for stays of up to six months, as long as you remain registered elsewhere
• No furniture, no assembly, no moving hassle – it's all already there
• No utility bills to settle – electricity, heating, water and WiFi are all included

Fully Furnished From Day One

Kitchen with stove, fridge, crockery and coffee machine. Bed made up, towels ready. Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and somewhere to wash your things in the bathroom. A dedicated workspace in selected apartments – just let us know if you need one.

Cleaning is arranged by agreement. For longer stays, we come by regularly for interim cleaning and a change of linen, so you don't have to worry about it.

Prices for Longer Stays

The longer you stay, the cheaper it gets per night. From one week and from one month onwards, significantly reduced rates apply – just send us your dates and you'll get a concrete offer quickly.

We rent for periods from a few weeks up to six months. On request, you can receive an invoice made out to your employer with VAT itemised.
